We source, install and maintain Parking and Access Control equipment according to the customers requirements and ensure the best solution and products for their specific requirements.
Our proffessional service and outstanding response times have managed to provide us with the valuable customers and Maintenance Contracts that we presently have.
We cater for equipment used in Parking Garages, including Pay on Exit, Central Pay and Pay on Foot systems. A number of area enclosures have been installed, resulting in an enormous decline in crime in the closed off areas. Access Control systems for the control of personell/staff in Parking Garages, reserved parking areas, factories, multiple storie buildings and hospitals, through means of computerised or Off-Line proximity card or Biometric systems. Since 2009, we have installed a number of small CCTV Systems. Mostly for recording vehicle movement entering and exiting Parking Garages, etc.. Quarterly Maintenance Agreements for servicing and preventative maintenance on equipment ensure that equipment is opperational at all times.
We are agents for most local manufacturers of Parking and Access Control equipment and can therefore offer our customers the best products to meet their requirements and budgets. We can assist in the planning and layout of: Parking equipment for parking garages, reserved parking areas, enclosed areas, etc.. Access Control equipment for buildings, factories, hospitals, etc..
Once an official order is received from the customer, we order the equipment from the relevant supplier/manufacturer. Once the equipment is ready, we will deliver and install the equipment correctly and professionally, ensuring that the equipment operates correctly. Should any site construction be required before installation, we will complete this before date of installation, or liaise with the customer's construction company to ensure that the installation and equipment specification requirements are met.
Once installed, the equipment would carry a 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship and product defects. To validate the warranty during this first year, the equipment still requires periodical servicing every 3 months. This will be for the customers account, unless a Maintenance Agreement is in place. After the warranty period, the customer will be liable for all call outs and spares as required, unless a Maintenance Agreement is in place. The Maintenance Agreement is drawn up to suit each customer, but normally the customer is billed monthly in advance and the contract is revised on an annual basis. The agreement will include a quarterly service and preventative maintenance of equipment listed on the schedule. All call outs for breakdowns in the interim, including labour and spares will be covered by the agreement. Exclusions on the agreement would be any consumables used by the customer for the daily running of the equipment, misuse or accidental damage to the equipment, electrical supply problems or acts of God.
